This role is responsible for both inbound and outbound demand generation, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring alignment with Sales.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tDevelop and execute multichannel lead generation strategies across paid media, SEO, LinkedIn, email, ABM, events, and partnerships.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tBuild scalable inbound funnels with optimized landing pages, gated assets, automated nurture tracks, and attribution modeling.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tLead targeted outbound programs including account-based sequences, cold outreach content, and event-driven campaigns.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tIdentify, segment, and prioritize key buyer personas in relevant industries.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSales Alignment & Lead Quality\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tPartner with Sales to refine qualification criteria, SLAs, and lead scoring.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tConduct monthly funnel performance reviews, analyzing SAL conversion, SQL velocity, and bottlenecks.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tCreate feedback loops to quickly address lead quality issues and shifting commercial priorities.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nBrand Growth & Market Visibility\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tOversee creation of videos, webinars, technical content, case studies, and customer reference materials.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tManage LinkedIn strategy, posting cadence, narrative development, and executive amplification.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tDrive press opportunities, trade publication features, and visibility at industry events.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tGrow brand presence via storytelling, customer success marketing, modular product messaging, and industry education.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCampaign Execution & Velocity\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tOwn the campaign roadmap, including quarterly themes, hero campaigns, SEO clusters, and outbound sprints.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tEnsure flawless campaign execution with an average launch cycle under 3 weeks.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tManage agencies, designers, copywriters, and freelancers to support rapid content production.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nData, Analytics & Reporting\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tMaintain and create real-time dashboards tracking MQLs, SAL%, SQLs, and pipeline value.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProvide weekly insights to leadership and monthly revenue / SAL marketing reviews with Sales.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTeam Leadership\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tBuild and mentor a high-performance marketing team from inception.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tFoster a culture of speed, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tManage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for marketing technology and creative support.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\tB2B marketing experience (ERP, SaaS, or manufacturing tech preferred).\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tProven track record in building high-performing inbound and outbound lead engines.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tDeep experience with ABM, persona development, funnel optimization, and multi-touch attribution.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tStrong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tSkilled in LinkedIn strategy, video marketing, and technical storytelling for complex solutions.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tComfortable managing vendors, budgets, and multi-channel media investments.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with C-level leadership and international teams.\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCandidate Profile\r\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic operator who moves with urgency, thrives on metrics, and embraces accountability.
