We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our pet owners on their journey to finding their new best friend.
Position Description
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Representative with a Dog Training Certificate to join our team. The CSR will be expected to support all of our customers post adoption including but not limited to: post adoption updated photos, videos, virtual meet and greets if needed, virtual training and guiding, client concerns and questions making an amazing customer experience, which we care the most about!

Key Responsibilities:
- Dog Training virtually for new families - creating a program for families and implementing them
- Availability - full time Monday - Saturday with 2 days off a week (Sunday and one other day)
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness despite concerns through phone calls and virtual calls
- Guide, train and support all existing customers after their adoption with insurance, training, and other services and support
- Manage customer concerns, and requests like updated photos and videos prior to delivery
- Stay organized and effectively manage follow ups and the necessary information to solve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of all customer concerns and questions
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of high touch customer service experience
- Excellent follow-through and follow-up. This is critical to the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
- Dog trainer background
- Hyper organized when it comes to note taking and managing day to day
- Passion for dogs and cats and strong understanding of differences between breeds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to work remotely with demonstrated initiative, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Ability to use online communication tools
- Ability to stay calm, cool and collected under pressure and while handling customer issues with a focus on customer happiness and pet safety in mind.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary to accommodate customer inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
