Job Description: Our client is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead a committed nursing team within a busy small animal hospital setting. This senior role is ideal if you enjoy combining hands-on clinical work with organising, supporting and motivating others, while keeping patient care at the centre of everything you do.
You will take an active role in shaping nursing protocols, coordinating the day-to-day running of the clinical areas and helping to maintain smooth communication between the nursing team, veterinary surgeons and support staff. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll still be very involved in everyday nursing tasks, ensuring you remain close to the cases and standards you are championing.
