What's the role?
You'll lead a team of talented Commercial & Agribusiness Bankers who are passionate about helping customers thrive. Your focus? You'll balance strategy with hands-on leadership, keeping things compliant while driving growth and building strong relationships. This is a full-time role based in Port Macquarie, a beautiful coastal town renowned for its stunning beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and strong regional economy, where you'll have the freedom to shape your day and make an impact that matters.
What do I need?
