CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Safety & Risk Manager ensuring that all security measures are firmly imposed in Poultry and properly maintaining it al all times. Manage all aspects of security functions, controlling the entry and exist in Poultry Office Buildings. To manage a self –directing multi skilled team responsible in providing security services to meet internal customer requirements within management performance requirements and ensuring adherence to defined safety, Security and Quality Standards. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL: Bachelor’ degree or relevant qualification from recognized certification body. NEBOSH Diploma. Verified and registered Security and Safety Practitioner. Extensive management experience in a similar environment. DESIRABLE: Registered Security Practitioner RSP BS Criminology graduate or certified from a recognized police training institution or police academy. NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL: Excellent written and spoken English. Driving License. DESIRABLE: Saudi National. Good written and spoken of Arabic. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL: 3-5 years experience in managing security in a busy manufacturing environment. Can demonstrate quantifiable improvement in security and safety. Detailed knowledge of implementing planned security and other preventive safety measures. DESIRABLE: 5 years experience in managing security in a multi –site environment. Experience of leading /managing other safety and security personnel e. g. Safety / Security officers, Coordinators etc. COMPETENCIES: Basic computer literacy essential. Excellent communication and influencing. Good leader, mentor and coach. Able to articulate security and safety as simply as possible, providing inspiration and expert advice and assistance which is sensitive to, and consistent with, the constraints within manager operate. Able to develop collaborative and productive relationship with managers and be able always , to demonstrate a case on the grounds of best-practice and good business –sense. Must possess excellent English oral and written communication skills.
