The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands-on Veterinary Referral & Relationships Manager to nurture and grow our
network of referring veterinary clinics and to coordinate our mobile specialist services (surgery
and medicine at GP hospitals). This is a relationship-heavy, execution-focused role that keeps
referrers delighted and up-to-date on VSOS’s competencies, mobile calendar appointments full,
and communication crisp.
You’ll be the friendly, proactive, go-to point of contact for partner clinics; the connector who keeps
content, education and updates flowing inside and outside VSOS, and the organiser who ensures
mobile procedure appointments run like clockwork.
What you’ll do
o Build and execute a structured contact plan to maintain relationships and keep
referring vets up-to-date with VSOS’s competencies and success stories at 400+ GP
referral clinics (calls, visits, email updates).
o Maintain an accurate referral CRM; track contact, feedback, and opportunities.
o Manage referrer communications (procedure updates, discharge follow-ups in
partnership with clinicians).
- Mobile Services Coordination
o Own the end-to-end schedule for mobile specialist procedures performed by VSOS
at GP clinics (enquiries bookings confirmations day-of logistics follow-up).
o Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (surgeons/physicians, anaesthesia,
coordinators, GP clinic teams).
o Monitor case mix, pipeline, and utilisation; solve bottlenecks early.
