Job Summary:
Join our team as a Fleet Center Technician! You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles in our Fleet Maintenance facility, working with advanced tools and technology. Responsibilities include tire services, preventative maintenance, ordering parts, and keeping the facility clean and organized. Customer interaction and clear communication are key.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Complete oil changes, brake service, and electrical component repairs
- Mount, balance, and rotate tires for all vehicle types
- Maintain tools, equipment, and facility cleanliness
- Provide quality customer service and accurate work orders
Requirements:
- Associate degree in mechanics or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
- Willingness to work extra hours during busy seasons
Preferred:
- ASE certification (training available)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic technology proficiency
- Interest in agricultural work
