Woodley Aerial Spray is hiring an Aerial Application Sales Representative to remotely join our team in Illinois or Iowa. In this role you will be responsible for promoting aerial crop spraying services to agricultural retailers, cooperatives, and large-scale farms across Illinois and Iowa.

We offer competitive compensation of $80,000+ base salary and commission based on experience, along with a full benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance.
What you will be doing:
- Territory Management: Manage and expand the client base in Illinois and Iowa, focusing on agricultural retailers, cooperatives, and large-scale farmers
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Travel: Travel extensively throughout Illinois and Iowa to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events
- Market Research: Stay informed on local agricultural trends, planting schedules, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate service agreements, and close deals
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activity, customer feedback, and market conditions
This job is for you if you have:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry; experience in aerial application, agricultural chemicals, or equipment sales preferred
- Territory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Illinois and Iowa agricultural markets preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tool
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
