Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and versatile Small Animal Veterinarian to join a full‑time clinical role at a well‑appointed practice in Rowville, located in south‑east Melbourne’s Stud Park Shopping precinct. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive nursing team and experienced Business Manager to deliver high‑quality clinical care across a varied caseload that includes wellness, medical, dental and surgical cases. As part of a local community‑focused clinic, you will enjoy both professional growth and strong client engagement.

The practice features essential veterinary facilities including consult rooms, a sterile operating theatre, X‑ray and dental imaging equipment, plus in‑house pathology capability, and benefits from regular visiting specialists to support advanced case care. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering thorough clinical consultations and small animal treatments
Performing routine surgical procedures and diagnostics

Working closely with support staff to coordinate efficient patient care

Qualifications Needed:

Veterinary qualification eligible for registration in Victoria
Experience in small animal clinical practice
Confidence to work collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
