Overview
Reporting to the Channel Management Manager, this position is responsible for implementing channel management policies, organizing relevant data and documents, and supporting the tracking and achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
Implement relevant tasks in the channel management process in accordance with channel management policies, including but not limited to
qualification verification and
authorization certificate management.
Support the collection, collation and analysis of distributor-related data.
Complete the filing and management of distributor documents and contracts on schedule.
Take charge of communication and coordination related to the
distributor management system.
Organize and arrange distributor meetings, and provide office administrative support.
Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Administrative Management or other related majors.
3–5 years of working experience in channel management, business affairs or sales support.
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Proficient in office software including
Power BI, with strong Excel data analysis capabilities.
Integrity, meticulousness and strong sense of responsibility; excellent communication skills and team spirit.
