Maple Lawn Farm is hiring a Farm Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashley, OH (about 35 miles north of Columbus). In this role you will be operating agriculture equipment and farm machinery including tractors, sprayers, planters, combines, and trucks.

We are a family-owned and operated grain farm producing corn, soybeans, and wheat across 3,000± acres in two counties. We take pride in our long history of innovation in agriculture, especially in adopting precision ag technologies such as GPS and auto-steer more than a decade ago. We offer competitive hourly compensation of $25 - $35 per hour, paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance.

What you will be doing:

Operate ag equipment and farm machinery, including tractors, sprayers, planters, combines, and trucks
Perform field operations such as working ground, planting, and spraying
Conduct equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure reliability
Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as clearing fencerows, ditching, and occasional construction projects
Assist with general farm labor as needed
Safely haul grain and materials with farm trucks
Support planting and harvest seasons with longer hours when necessary
