The focus is on providing a technical sell – understanding customer requirements and advising on the right product, rather than competing purely on price.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAlthough the genetics division is new, the company is a well-established name in the livestock sector with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation for quality. This means you’ll have the advantage of cross-selling genetics products to existing clients, supported by a full database of contacts ready to approach with this exciting new offering.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you’re passionate about livestock genetics and ready to take on a role where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe role:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDrive sales and growth across Dumfries and Galloway\r\n\tBuild strong customer relationships and deliver a consultative sell.\r\n\tUnderstand customer needs and recommend the right genetics solutions.\r\n\tPromote the new genetics offering to existing livestock clients.\r\n\tProvide technical support and product training.\r\n\tRepresent the business at shows, events and customer meetings.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout you:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOn farm sales experience\r\n\tStrong understanding of dairy production\r\n\tConfident communicator with a consultative approach.\r\n\tSelf-motivated and able to manage your own territory.\r\n\tBased in Dumfries and Galloway\r\n\tFull UK driving licence\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe package:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSalary based on experience\r\n\tCommission structure\r\n\tCar allowance\r\n\tPension\r\n\r\n
