Job Summary: KanEquip-Ellsworth has an opening for a full-time Parts Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department. Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers’ needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts. Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner. Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments. Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts. Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state holders, in person and remotely.
