AgHires Offers
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission; average compensation ranges from $85,000 - $130,000+.

Our ideal hire brings
- 7+ years in the agriculture, horticulture, livestock or food production industry (a variety of sectors a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred experience in sales, business development, customer relations and/or client management
What you would be doing
- Work closely with the client to acquire an understanding of the job requirements, company, competencies, skills, and knowledge
- Strategically source candidates by reviewing hundreds of resumes weekly, utilizing a range of online tools, software systems, and available resources.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients; set and follow through with clear communication & expectations
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency evaluations (40% of your time); conducted over phone (primarily) or Microsoft Teams video
- Strategically advise our clients throughout the hiring process
- Serve as subject matter expert on job market and candidate behavioral trends
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the food and agriculture industry; following news and trends
- Adhere to recruiting SOPs and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system (ATS)
This role is based from your home with no travel besides one annual meeting each year.
