AgHires is expanding and hiring a Recruiting Division Manager. If you have a background in sales leadership and thrive on driving results, this role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a new way. This is a remote position overseeing recruiters across the U.S. and Canada.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 10+ recruiters focused on direct placement searches for roles ranging from professional to C-suite across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll drive team performance through coaching, KPI analysis, and process improvement, while collaborating with our sales team to identify growth opportunities. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in shaping our recruiting strategy.
Our top preference is candidates with proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.

- Broad agricultural knowledge across multiple sectors such as crop inputs, production, livestock, animal nutrition and/or equipment
- Proven success managing sales of 8+ employees
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred

Focus areas :
- Recruiting Management & Coaching
- Lead and support a remote team of recruiters to deliver high-quality placements and meet KPIs
- Ensure optimal workload distribution and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Be a go-to mentor to the recruiters as they grow as consultants and foster team collaboration
- Participate in the selection of recruiters to the team
- Client Engagement
- Participate in key intake calls and client meetings for complex or high-priority engagements
- Act as a subject matter expert for crops, inputs, and equipment staffing needs.
- Partner with the sales team to align service delivery with client expectations and business objectives
- Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Analyze KPIs and team metrics to optimize productivity and ensure achievement of performance targets
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to enhance SOPs, training materials, and onboarding frameworks
- Evaluate and implement best practices, systems, and tools to drive scalability and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the CRO on market segment expansion ideas and input as we continue our growth trajectory
