Wellington Implement is seeking a passionate Sales Team Manager to lead and grow our Turf and Outdoor Power Equipment across all locations. This is an ideal role for a sales-driven leader with experience in turf, landscaping, outdoor power, compact tractors, or light construction equipment; and someone excited about the industry’s shift towards new technology.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop Yellow Team sales reps across multiple locations
- Scale consistent sales processes and SOPs to support future growth
- Drive major growth in commercial turf and accelerate light construction sales
- Support strong performance in residential equipment (Cub Cadet, compact tractors, etc.)
- Oversee sales, margins, and inventory health
- Join reps on customer visits, demos, and key closings
- Partner closely with Service, Parts, Marketing, and Accounting
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching to build a high-performing team
What You Bring
- Background in turf, landscaping, outdoor power, or light construction equipment
- Proven sales leadership with experience coaching and developing teams
- Passion for new technologies, especially electrified turf equipment
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive high-efficiency sales processes
- Alignment with Wellington’s core values and a desire to grow into broader leadership
