Position Title: Territory Account Manager - KS, CO, NE

New Generation Supplements - home of Smartlic, HorseLic, and Feed in a Drum - is hiring a
Territory Account Manager to achieve maximum growth, market penetration, and profitability within the assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
Territory includes: - Kansas - west of HW 75
- Colorado - Eastern Slope
- Nebraska - west of HW 83
Key Responsibilities: - Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, production, logistics, and technical service teams.
- Analyze the territory market to determine potential and set expectations for current customers and prospects.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies to optimize time investment.
- Stay updated on product applications, technical information, market conditions, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
- Develop presentation skills to effectively communicate at distributor, dealer, and producer levels.
- Develop annual tonnage/expense budgets and other requested reports.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Requirements/Working Conditions: - Frequent travel is required, with 2 to 3 nights out each week being typical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license required.
