Rules\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nHansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established animal feed manufacturing company who is searching for a QA Regulatory Compliance Manager. They will be responsible for the Quality Assurance and Compliance functions of the operation. The QA Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining and implementing the Feed Safety & Quality Plan, the Occupational Safety Plan, and the Fleet Safety Plan. The QA Regulatory Compliance Manager leads all audits and reviews all compliance systems and issues. The position reports to the General Manager.\r\n\r\nSpecific Duties\r\n\r\nFeed Safety & Quality Plan\r\n- Maintain the Feed Safety & Quality Plan, reviewing every 3 years, and updating for any change of regulations, processes, or products.\r\n- Maintain the Corrective Actions and report.\r\n- Perform Monthly Plant and Grounds Inspections for all facilities\r\n- Manage Drug Room and QA Lab.\r\n- Maintain the Training Log, and Develop and implement training programs\r\n- Lead Feed Safety Audits for suppliers, FDA, and NYS.\r\n\r\nOccupational Safety Plan\r\n- Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Plan, reviewing every 3 years, and\r\n- updating for any change to regulations, processes, or equipment.\r\n- OSHA 300 Reporting annually\r\n- Perform Job Hazard Analyses, and coordinate with maintenance on Machine Guarding and lock out tag out procedures\r\n\r\nFleet Safety Plan\r\n- Maintain the Fleet Safety Plan\r\n\r\nLeaders Team\r\n- Prepare the Agenda and take minutes at the Leaders Team Meeting\r\n\r\nTraining\r\n- Orientation Training for new Employees\r\n- NYS PREVENTING HARASSMENT, FSP and OSH Trainings\r\n- Forklift Training, Job Specific Training\r\n- Annual Safety Meeting – make book, powerpoint\r\n- Maintain Training Log\r\n\r\nAudits\r\n- Prepare for Audits to Lead the Audits\r\n- Prepare and implement any requisite corrective actions\r\n\r\nQA Lab\r\n- Ensure that all QA Lab procedures are followed\r\n- Train and Manage the QA Lab Tech\r\n\r\nCorrective Actions\r\n- Maintain the Corrective Actions reports,\r\n- Investigate and suggest preventative measures\r\n- Strategic Parnerships\r\n- Manage PEST CONTROL PROGRAM\r\n- Manage FIRE EXTINGUISHER PROGRAM\r\n- Professional Developemnt\r\n- PCQI Certi?cation\r\n- Forklift Train the trainer training\r\n- Review Trade Publications i.
