\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\t[[title]] \r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe primary responsibilities of this role, onePSS Management System Specialist, are to: \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tSupport and enable onePSS tools and technologies across Crop Science Product Supply (CS PS) Globally;\r\n\tDevelop methods to assess and monitor performance or efficiency attributes of global production systems (focus on lean manufacturing, focus improvement, and other lean tools);\r\n\tCollaborate and coordinate with onePSS communities across regions and businesses and enable best practice exchange and learning across regions and functions;\r\n\tDrive the onePSS training and onePSS Hub platform to build production system capabilities across CS PS;\r\n\tSupport an ambitious and competitive onePSS network of teams and provide guidance to the onePSS community;\r\n\tSupport the regional and site teams to achieve the identified improvements and ensure outcomes remain within global standards and governance;\r\n\tOn demand, participate in on-site onePSS workshops, assessments, and any other capacity to build capabilities and competencies in lean and structured problem solving;\r\n\tDrive on demand plan, coordinate and support the execution of defined projects of the OE program within CS PS.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWHO YOU ARE\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agronomy, Data Analytics, or other related degree;\r\n\tProject Management and Project Ownership experience;\r\n\tSome data and analytical skills and fluid use of analytical tools;\r\n\tProven record of successfully driving global projects in Manufacturing excellence;\r\n\tDemonstrated work history of structured problem solving;\r\n\tHigh motivation, business drive and understanding strategic, innovative, and creative out-of-the-box thinking, and implementation driven;\r\n\tEmotional intelligence, influencing skills and capability of driving common intent in cross functional teams;\r\n\tStrong communication skills: capable of standing up for his/her idea and build a compelling business case;\r\n\tLean Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tPreferential leadership style in VACC, capable of influencing and collaborating across global and regional teams;\r\n\tManufacturing experience;\r\n\tMore than 5 years operational manufacturing or broader PS experience.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis posting will be available for application until at least 11/24/25.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRelocation may be offered for this role.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $109,985.60 to $164,978.40$. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
