Overview
We are seeking a responsible specialist to manage the spare parts warehouse and participate in the production process. We need someone ready to take full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of components for input systems—from ordering and receiving goods at the warehouse to participating in the assembly of individual modules.
Responsibilities
- Recording the receipt and consumption of spare parts in a specialized software system.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory records, monitoring the availability of components, and optimizing warehouse processes.
- Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and finished products and identifying replenishment needs.
- Placing orders for new parts as they are consumed.
- Assembling mechanical parts of equipment according to technological instructions; optional participation in assembling electrical components.
- Participating in the testing of assembled equipment.
- Implementing improvements in warehouse logistics and related processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals.
- Accepting incoming parts and verifying their quantity and quality.
- Participating in physical inventory counts of materials and goods.
Qualifications
- Technical education (mechanical engineer);
- Experience working in a warehouse or production department (will be an advantage);
- Advanced PC user, proficient in Excel and Word;
- Ability to work with large volumes of spreadsheet data;
- Knowledge of the basics of warehouse accounting and documentation flow is welcomed;
- Basic English skills (ability to read simple words);
- Ability to work with technical documentation.
