As Territory Sales Manager, you will sell our full product line of drainage solutions across the state. Targeting agricultural operations and farmers, by selling high-quality products with top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current customer accounts, while visiting potential customers to explain the benefits of ag sub-surface drainage.
- Communicate via phone, and in person, with customers and inside personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide inside personnel complete and detailed order information to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of supplies.
- Build and maintain strong customer base.
- Maintain strong selling margins as set by management.
- Promote and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of agricultural experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience is a plus, especially in agricultural applications.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset-show initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement in pursuit of sales excellence.
- Must be self-directed and have ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Adequate computer skills.
