Grahamview Farm is currently hiring a Dairy Herdsperson to join our team in North Jackson, OH (about 15 miles west of Youngstown). In this role you be responsible for feeding cattle, monitoring animal health, and ensuring feeding equipment is properly maintained.
We operate an 800-cow dairy farm where teamwork, reliability, and pride in agriculture are at the heart of everything we do. Every team member plays an important role in keeping our farm running smoothly.

We offer competitive compensation of $18 - $20 per hour based on experience, paid vacation, and performance-based bonuses.
What you will be doing:
- Feed dairy cows according to established feed sheets
- Read and interpret feed and ration sheets accurately
- Assess animal health and condition daily
- Inspect and maintain feeding and farm equipment
- Support overall dairy farm operations as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with other farm staff
