About the role:
Ensures all resources are align and available and to plan accordingly for Transport and Warehousing Operation run & monitor SAP Maintenance, SAP Fury, YMS, SAP TM and TMS Planning Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- System Utilization: Efficiently operate YMS, SAP TM, SAP Fiori, and TMS Planning tools to support daily logistics and transportation workflows.
- Reefer Plan Management: Update daily reefer plans, ensuring alignment between planned and actual activities. Coordinate with the scheduler upon approval of reefer plans.
- Warehouse Movement Reporting: Record and update daily warehouse movements, including pallet transfers. Plan and coordinate any unscheduled or additional material transfer requirements.
- Resource Planning & Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Transport Operations, and the Yard Team to ensure resource availability. This includes managing Gulf backload plans and warehouse de-stuffing activities.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Maintain daily communication with Inventory Planning, warehouse teams, depot logistics support, and Supply Planning teams across Dairy, Bakery, and Poultry divisions.
- Fleet Maintenance Planning: Schedule daily PM service and general maintenance for the entire fleet, including all light vehicles—covering approximately 4,000 assets.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in planning or a relevant operational role.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- English Fluency
