Ag Systems, Inc. is a locally owned Valley Irrigation dealer serving Central Kansas for more than 50 years. We specialize in Valley center pivot irrigation sales, service, parts, and support, helping growers maximize water efficiency and crop performance.
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Location Manager to oversee daily operations at our Larned, KS location. This leadership role is responsible for irrigation service operations, customer support, sales coordination, inventory management, and team supervision. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of agricultural equipment or irrigation systems and thrives in a hands-on management environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for an irrigation dealership location, including service, parts, and sales support
- Provide customer service and technical support for Valley center pivot irrigation systems (phone and in-person)
- Generate and manage sales quotes for center pivots, sprinkler packages, repipe projects, and upgrades
- Oversee irrigation parts inventory, ordering, forecasting, and stock accuracy
- Prepare and manage pricing, invoicing, and cost tracking for irrigation sales and service work
- Supervise technicians, yard staff, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and job efficiency
- Maintain shop, yard, and facility organization with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Coordinate local marketing and advertising efforts to support irrigation sales growth
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Partner with leadership to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term location success
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in agriculture, irrigation systems, ag equipment, or technical service operations preferred
- Knowledge of center pivot irrigation systems (Valley experience a strong plus)
- Strong background in inventory management, parts, or service operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage employees and subcontractors
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable with invoicing, pricing, cost control, and basic financial reporting
