Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS qualified with strong small animal clinical and surgical experience
- Confident leading and supporting colleagues within a general practice setting
- Comfortable managing routine and more complex cases with referral access when needed
- Positive communicator with a collaborative and encouraging leadership style
- Interest in further clinical development, with certificate progression welcomed
