Your
missions :
• Designing, updating and implementing dashboards that effectively highlight and
communicate the key performance indicators (KPIs) used by each Business Unit to
assess its performance and achievement of both financial and non-financial
goals;
• Analyzing sales team performance at national, regional, and territorial
levels, identifying deviations and guiding action plans;
• Assessing product performance across national, regional, and territorial
levels, identifying issues, benchmarks, and correlations to inform corrective
action plans;
• Creating KPIs and dashboards to monitor marketing campaign results (financial
and non-financial);
• Preparing and maintaining data required to display sales in Omnis360 to
provide information to Key Stakeholders;
• Working closely with Sales/Marketing teams to understand their data needs to
support the creation and use of reports and dashboards that meet those needs;
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within the CRM and any related
data, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation;
• Collaborating with CRM Admins as needed to ensure data accuracy and help
identify, define and resolve any data management processes and data quality
issues within the CRM tool and related data;
• Analyzing and interpreting data within the CRM, providing insights and
recommendations to key Stakeholders across the Sales Operations;
• Training, implementing and adopting of the SFE Strategy across all Business
Units, driving consistency across Species;
• Collaborating with specialists to build predictive models to define goals by
areas (volumes) and assessing price elasticity for Ceva’s products, providing
data-driven projections to optimize pricing and business strategies.
Your
profile :
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous experience in creating KPIs and analyzing dashboards.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Tableau.
• Experience in data management and sales intelligence.
• Knowledge of sell-in/sell-out analysis tools.
