We are seeking a creative, action-oriented, results-driven digital marketer who will support design and implementation of brand led and digital first campaigns across B2B/B2C US Commercial. In this role, you will service as a multi hat partner leading project management, digital campaign enablement and reporting. These two positions will serve as the primary contact across B2B or B2C US Commercial Departments which will span across therapeutic areas and species serving as point of contact for 2-3 partners in US Commercial.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, test, and scale digital marketing and sales tactics that are aligned with prioritized business strategies for US Commercial serving as project lead for DDS Campaign Production for ACP/FAST/Digital Only
- Own Digital Only Campaign Execution including social media flighting, translating business requirements to key stakeholders and creating insight driven recommendations
- Lead Test & Learns: Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth serving as a key partner to brand marketing teams in building out tactical plans leveraging digital and data
- Collaborate with brand marketing, automation, sales operations, inside sales, field sales, product owners and various other functions to execute campaigns
- Lead and execute call planning tool automation serving as the primary contact between brand and automation specialists full cycle of campaigns- ideation, implementation and reporting
- Analyze performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results with full ownership over deployment and reporting including providing clear recommendations on optimizations
- Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B tests & controls groups across multi channel campaigns not limited to Meta, Google analytics, social media, email automation, SMS and lead routing
- Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV) monthly/quarterly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of proven experience working in high-growth, startup-style marketing and sales, preferably in the B2B pharmaceutical, animal health, or financial services space
- Knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and technology used in digital marketing and sales
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable in an environment of changing priorities
- Independent thinker, able to work effectively with limited supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms e.g. SEO, SEM, social media (organic/paid), programmatic display, email marketing, etc (some hands on keyboard experience preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software (or other digital creative platforms)
- Experience with translating analytical insights into tangible marketing & sales strategy
- Experience with marketing/sales software and tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with analytics tools including but not limited to Adobe Analytics & Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, Tableau
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Parsippany based 50% of time in office
- Remote colleague considered with onsite requirements of at least 4 times per year (ex: Town halls and Key Meetings as defined by manager)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000 - $151,000. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range
for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
