This is a full-cycle, relationship-driven role supporting agriculture and food industry employers across the United States.\r\n\r\nYou will manage recruitment and search assignments end-to-end — from client development and role intake through candidate sourcing, assessment, presentation, and successful placement.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Role\r\n\r\nThis is a 360-degree recruitment and search role focused on delivering timely, high-quality talent solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates by developing deep market knowledge, strong networks, and disciplined recruiting processes that reduce time-to-hire and improve placement outcomes.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with agriculture and food industry clients\r\n\tDefine hiring needs, success profiles, and recruitment strategies\r\n\tIdentify and develop new recruitment and search opportunities\r\n\tSource, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates\r\n\tMaintain accurate ATS records and track recruitment metrics\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDesired Profile\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or consulting roles\r\n\tAgriculture or food processing industry experience required\r\n\tStrong relationship-building and communication skills\r\n\tOrganized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented\r\n\tProficient in sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate engagement\r\n\tCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States\r\n\r\n
