Your
missions :
- Analyze Ceva and competitor sales, track product range evolution, and integrate findings into action plans.
- Align corporate and country visions, support market analysis, and ensure strategic objectives and trade policies are implemented.
- Identify growth opportunities from market data and customer needs, and pursue strategic projects and acquisitions.
- Enhance brand value, conduct customer surveys, train teams in key account management, and review business plans.
- Organize resources, lead business plan execution, and train teams in consultative selling skills.
- Analyze results, manage the franchise P&L, and identify growth revenue opportunities.
- Act as an interface between corporate, marketing, and subsidiaries, and communicate new product launches.
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the poultry industry, preferably within a multinational company. Proven track record in franchise management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Proficient in market data analysis and generating actionable market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in managing profit and loss statements and delivering financial objectives.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with strategic and key accounts.
