About the role:
To deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the sales & distribution of all Almarai product range in its designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and margin targets for Fresh, Foods, and UHT categories while ensuring broad product distribution and market share growth across all trade channels.
- Control wastage, manage credit/T.C. customers in line with company policies, and secure/retain optimal shelf space to protect profitability and visibility.
- Ensure product freshness and hygiene in all outlets and maintain high customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the sales team by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and holding regular meetings to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2 years of experience in sales
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Clear and confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
