About the Role:
To manage the Laboratory quality function in the Premier Foods plant, by providing timely/accurate information in cost effective way
Activities:
- Ensure that all the samples are properly received, registered, and stored to avoid any errors.
- Perform standardization of various reagents as per the SOP / Guidelines to ensure consistent results.
- Ensure that laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with the company guidelines and comply with safety and
quality requirements.
- Assist the Laboratory Manager in training new staff to ensure the continuation of the quality standard of the lab
Requirement:
The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory.
- A sound knowledge in the determination of ADF, NDF, CP, EE, DM, pH etc.
- Experience in quality management systems.
- A sound knowledge in standardisation of chemical reagents.
