About the role:
To supervise the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors ensuring that they plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for their designated portfolio within the CPP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analysing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Supply Planning Supervisors’ activities and deliverables are completed effectively and on time.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed packaging and ingredient stock levels.
- Liaise closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues and manage impacts on material requirement planning (MRP).
- Manage assigned working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular review.
- Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, taking into account warehouse capacity and space constraints.
- Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in MRP within a supply planning environment.
- Previous experience working in an FMCG environment.
- English fluency
