Join Our Team: Veterinary Client Care Coordinator
$20/hr starting (DOE) | Full-time, Monday–Friday
We’re a small, impactful team who love pets and people, and we need a friendly, organized superstar to be the heartbeat of our front desk.
About the Role
Our Client Care Coordinator is the glue that holds our hospital together. You’re the first friendly face clients see, the calm voice on the phone, and the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly.
This role is part client cheerleader, part organizational wizard, and part hospital flow expert.
What You’ll Be Doing
(No two days are the same — and that’s part of the fun.)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients & patients with warmth
- Answer phones, emails, and confirm appointments
- Prep invoices, process payments, and follow up after visits
- Manage records, restock supplies, and keep the clinic running smoothly
