missions :
Context:
Join our team as a Packaging Engineer for a 9‑month fixed‑term contract and contribute to the development and optimization of our packaging solutions. Reporting to the Packaging Development department, you will act as a key interface between suppliers, subcontractors, and production sites.
Missions :
- Coordinate technical packaging transfers between sites and subcontractors in Europe.
- Optimize and standardize existing packaging to enhance performance and reduce complexity.
- Provide industrial support by analyzing quality feedback and assisting the process engineering team.
- Write and update technical data sheets and packaging specifications.
- requests and validations related to new materials, formats, or supplier changes.
- Handle technical issues in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Contribute to the industrial launch of new products by defining the technical characteristics of packaging, assessing feasibility, and coordinating interactions with suppliers and sites. Design operating processes and optimized palletization plans while ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Integrate environmental considerations into your studies by identifying more sustainable solutions and maintaining active monitoring of market innovations and trends.
Your
profile :
Profile:
- Engineer degree related to industrial fields.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in packaging design and development, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You are mobile for occasional travel in France and internationally.
- You have a good command of French and English, which is essential for the position.
Skills:
- Excellent mastery of IT tools.
- Knowledge of materials, particularly plastics.
- Basic skills in CAD/PAO: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD…
- Strong knowledge of Cape Pack or equivalent
