Position
Overview :
As Corporate Range Manager – Dermatology, you will report to the Companion Animal
Marketing Director for Skin & Coat and Nutrition. You will lead the global
strategy, positioning, and direction of CEVA’s Dermatology range for
Companion Animals, across both Veterinary and Retail channels.
You will be
responsible for developing and driving the global marketing plan,
ensuring that local teams across countries have the capabilities and resources
required to deliver the Dermatology budget and achieve sustainable growth.
Acting as a key interface between the Corporate Franchise team and the local
markets, you will ensure alignment, excellence in execution, and cross‑country
coordination.
You will
propose packaging, services, and communication initiatives that respond
to customer expectations and the Group’s needs, working closely with Zone and
local marketing teams to drive performance and ensure seamless execution.
Key
Responsibilities :
1.
Market Analysis & Insights
- Monitor global and local market trends, customer
expectations, and competitive dynamics through benchmarks, field visits,
and data collection.
- Consolidate insights from Zones and countries to shape
5‑year product and portfolio positioning.
2.
Marketing Leadership
- Provide clear strategic direction to local marketing
teams to ensure consistent brand promotion, with strong emphasis on DTC
activation.
- Lead the development and evolution of brand
guidelines, digital content, and customer‑oriented materials.
- Review and challenge country marketing plans alongside
Zones to ensure quality, alignment, and ambition.
- Support markets in identifying key activations,
sharing best practices, and deploying global campaigns to drive brand
growth.
3.
Strategic Direction
- Build long‑term marketing plans (5‑year vision)
covering product strategy, positioning, pricing, promotions, and
segmentation.
- Design and deploy B2B, B2B2C, and B2C strategies to support the range across channels.
- Ensure global strategic consistency while adapting to
local market needs.
4.
Influence & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Build strong trust with internal stakeholders by
demonstrating reliability, expertise, and strategic clarity.
- Align local marketing and technical teams around the
Dermatology portfolio’s value proposition.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure full
coherence of the range strategy.
5.
Performance Monitoring
- Report monthly sales performance by product and
country.
- Analyse deviations vs. budget, propose corrective
actions, and coordinate follow‑up with local teams.
- Ensure continuous market intelligence feedback to the
corporate team.

Education
& Experience
- Veterinary, scientific or marketing degree with Minimum 5 years of marketing
experience in Animal Health, Dermatology or Human Cosmetology (OTC and/or retail).
- Proven success in national and international product
launches.
- Strong experience in B2C, B2B2C, and B2B marketing strategies.
with at
least 5 years of experience in Animal Health, Dermatology or Human
Cosmetology.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
Technical
Skills
- Strong understanding of the Animal Health market and
Dermatology, or Human Cosmetology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with veterinarians,
nurses, retailers, and consumers.
- Strong presentation skills to both internal and
external audiences.
- Good knowledge of digital ecosystems (websites, social
networks…).
- Occasional travel (France & abroad).
