As a
Sanitation Manager-Second Shift at Hillandale Farms, you will be a results-driven leader responsible for overseeing sanitation operations across four locations in Gettysburg, PA, and one additional plant within a 20-minute drive. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and manage effective teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring facilities are properly cleaned, compliant, and fully prepared for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sanitation staff across four locations
- Travel between sites as needed
- Ensure all facilities are thoroughly cleaned and operationally ready for the following day
- Ensure sanitation supplies, tools, and equipment are available for daily tasks
- Assist with hands-on cleaning activities and provide ongoing employee training
- Maintain clear communication with employees to support efficiency, safety, and performance standards
Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employees in a manufacturing production environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
