Position title:Farm Equipment Operator
Reports to:Farm Manager
Summary:This employee will have primary involvement in the planting, harvesting, and other cropping activities.This employee will also be involved with some light maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Duties:

Planting, fertilizing, and harvesting crops as planned by the Crop Manager
·
Operation of farm equipment, i.e. tractors, skid steers, etc.
·
Day-to-day operations involved in cropping.
·
Utilization of software used for auto-steering, planting, and harvesting.
·
Light equipment maintenance, i.e. oil changes, greasing, etc.
·
Other duties in operation of the farm, as needed.
Required competencies:
·
Excellent communication skills required.
·
Must be self-motivated.
·
Must have experience with agriculture-related equipment, i.e. tractors, semi-trucks, etc.
·
