Our client is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a growing small animal practice in Keller, Texas. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with rotating Saturday coverage and is suited to both early-career and experienced veterinarians.
The practice is part of a veterinarian-led network that combines the autonomy of private practice with strong operational support. You will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, delivering high-quality patient care while having the freedom to practise medicine your way.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment
- Perform routine surgical procedures and dental work
- Develop and manage treatment plans for companion animal patients
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and education
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to team development
Qualifications Needed
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Eligible for or holding veterinary licensure in Texas
- Experience in small animal general practice preferred (all experience levels considered)
- Competence in routine surgery and dentistry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
