We are looking for candidates in those areas: mazowieckie Your key responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned territory at assigned business partners. Maintain and expand business relationships with targeted customers and ensures customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty to our company Animal Health products to meet sales objectives. Manage targeted customer interactions that are meaningful, up-to-date, scientifically valuable, and relevant based on an understanding of the customer’s needs. Drive targeted customer satisfaction and loyalty to our company Animal Health products. Engage in a long-term professional relationship with targeted customers to be considered a reliable reference in the domain of products distributed by our company. Manage all required documents and commercial actions in a correct and compliant way including fulfillment of documents, calculation of rebates, discounts, and paybacks. Keep close working relationships with other stakeholders in the area and interact if necessary, with them for handling properly targeted customer requests, complaints, queries, and all relevant sales and company interests matters. Communicate to targeted customers scientific messages consistent with the marketing strategy Actively analyze the situation in the area and seek prospective clients for cooperation. Use effectively captured pre- and post-call information, market research data as well as own experience to plan and execute activities in targeted customers. Effectively use CRM and other tools, market research data as well as own experience to develop territory action and call plans per target customer group and individual customer. Monitor sales results regularly and checks activity data for identifying gaps vs. targets and adjusts activities accordingly to reach or exceed expected sales targets. Timely performs administrative tasks such as encoding call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM system, expense reports, pharmacovigilance reports, and all other required administrative tasks. Efficiently manages and takes responsibility for company resources by using them in the best way for the interest of the company that includes cars, mobile phones, computers, tablets, marketing materials, demo products, and all other entrusted goods. You should apply if you have: Master's degree or any relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience. Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable results. Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and IT technology in general. Excellent and effective communication skills. Communicative level of English language (must understand and express him/herself verbally and in writing). Willingness to keep learning. A team player, but also able to work autonomously in the field. Ability to travel in the region.
