\r\n\r\nLocation: Separate opportunities available - Multiple UK regions\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you're an accomplished leader of poultry operations seeking to propel your career forwards, we’re interested to speak to you.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDe Lacy Executive is working with one of the UK’s leading poultry producers to appoint an experienced Agriculture Director to lead regional operations across the North of England.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nReporting to the COO, this senior role carries full responsibility for breeding, hatching and rearing operations within the region.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will provide strong operational leadership, ensure consistently high welfare standards and play a key role in delivering performance improvement and long-term sustainability.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhile this is a broad leadership position, strong technical expertise in at least one area of poultry production (breeding, rearing or hatching) is essential.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will be a capable people leader, able to translate strategy into practical delivery and develop high performing teams across the operation.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe business continues to invest in its agricultural platform, and this appointment will be central to driving consistency, efficiency and future capability across the region.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe role:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tLead and oversee regional broiler, breeding and hatching operations.\r\n\tFull accountability for breeding, hatching and rearing activities.\r\n\tChampion high welfare and sustainable farming practices.\r\n\tEnsure compliance and audit readiness across all sites.\r\n\tUse data and KPIs to drive performance and informed decision making.\r\n\tManage costs, improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.\r\n\tWork closely with the COO to deliver regional and group objectives.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will have:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProven experience in broiler growing, breeding or hatching.\r\n\tA strong track record of operational leadership within the poultry sector.\r\n\tEffective people management and communication skills.\r\n\tCommercial awareness with experience managing cost and performance.\r\n\tA data led approach to decision making.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe package:\r\n\r\nA highly competitive base salary, corresponding with experience, complemented by a performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package aligned with a senior leadership role.\r\n
