Our International Graduate
Program is designed to shape the next generation of leaders across our entire
value chain — from R&D innovation to manufacturing excellence, supply
chain, performance, commercial operations, digital transformation, and
corporate support functions.
Over
2 years, you’ll complete two strategic missions — one of them abroad — giving
you hands‑on responsibility in different teams, countries, and environments.
You’ll take part in two annual
bootcamps with your global cohort, focused on intensive training, workshops,
development of business acumen and coaching. Graduates also benefit from
mentoring, personalized development plans, and direct exposure to executive
leadership, including opportunities to present to our Executive Committee.

This position is based in China during the first year and in another Asian country during the second year, offers a dynamic and challenging environment, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and initiatives in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an Operations & Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high quality services, managing and maintaining on-premises infrastructure at state-of-the-art standards, ensuring compliance with Ceva’s global standards and policies, guaranteeing business continuity, maintaining a high level of security and contributing to task automation and continuous improvements.
You will work closely with global Operations & Infrastructure teams, local IT teams, and operational stakeholders.

Education level / Academic background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Networks & Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
Relevant Certifications are a plus : CCNA, AZ-104, AZ-305, SCE300, VMCE, VCP….
