- MRCVS (or eligible) with strong small-animal GP grounding and confidence in routine soft-tissue surgery n
- Comfortable guiding a busy clinical day while supporting less-experienced colleagues n
- Evidence-led approach with thoughtful, plain-English communication and cost awareness n
- Interest in leadership/standards or developing a clinical niche welcomed n
