Sales Representative – Central Anatolia Region

We are looking for a Sales Representative for our Ruminant team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves managing and expanding customer relationships with Ruminant customers in the Central Anatolia Region by increasing sales, meeting revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, and resolving service issues.
• Within the Central Anatolia Region (Ankara, Kırşehir, Kırıkkale, Çankırı), actively promote and sell our ruminant product portfolio through effective product detailing, achieve sales targets, and acquire new customers.
• Establish and develop strong and sustainable business relationships with ruminant customers and pharmacy warehouse managers through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Determine customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions.
• Plan and carry out periodic customer visits in line with customer segmentation analyses, optimize sales activities, and ensure effective regional management.
• Effectively use CRM systems for data management and sales reporting.
• Ensure effective and seamless communication between customers and relevant Ceva departments (sales management, customer support, etc.).
• Work in coordination with sales, marketing, and technical service departments in the development and implementation of sales action plans and the evaluation of customer feedback.
• Minimize potential disruptions in sales processes by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues related to delivery, service, and products.
• Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities by conducting competitor analyses.
• Work in coordination with the Ruminant Team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, and bring issues to the team's attention when necessary.
• Conduct all activities in line with the company's image, ethical standards, and relevant policies, and comply with industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Ruminant Regional Manager.
Your
profile :
- Graduated from a veterinary faculty or related department
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field
- Results-oriented, able to set goals and priorities and solve problems at an early stage.
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Knowledge about the technical information and positioning of products in the product range and the competition
- Knowledge about pharmaceutical regulations and pharmacovigilance issues
