What you’ll do
As part of our Global HR Technology team, you’ll support, maintain and continuously improve Nutreco’s global Workday platform.
Support & Operations
Provide Tier‑3 Workday support to HR colleagues around the world by resolving tickets, troubleshooting issues and guiding stakeholders across HR Services, HRBPs, TA, Reward and more
Act as a first point of contact for triaging, assigning and routing HR technology requests to the appropriate functional experts within the team
Support global HR cycles such as performance management, merit and succession planning
Functional Development & Enablement
Deliver training and onboarding for new HR colleagues and maintain up‑to‑date training materials and job aids
Gradually develop into the functional specialist for one or more Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding, EDM), including testing, system changes and functional enhancements over time
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify system inefficiencies, recurring issues and opportunities to simplify and improve global HR processes in Workday
Collaborate with functional leads to analyse defects, propose improvements, and participate in change governance activities
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support project activities as your expertise grows
Proactively review new Workday features, including AI and agentic capabilities, to assess their functional fit and potential impact
Who we’re looking for
You are curious, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, supporting others and improving digital HR experiences. You communicate clearly, manage expectations professionally and work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.
Essential skills and experience
2-5 years of HR experience with strong understanding of HR processes
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Workday - superuser level or end‑user; with a good understanding of Business Process logic, Security Framework and Core HCM Functionality.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise effectively and maintain high service standards
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is an advantage for Madrid-based collaboration
A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback and willingness to learn
Comfort working with stakeholders across regions, functions and time zones
