Representing over 1,300 family farms in the province, CFO is responsible for a growing, profitable and sustainable chicken industry.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nReporting to the Manager, Supply and Production Performance, the Chicken Farmers of Ontario’s (CFO) Coordinator, Supply Planning and Performance will be primarily responsible for allocating chicken supply to primary processors. This bilingual role is responsible for leading all operational aspects of managing the allocation of supply to processors including communications, licences and compliance. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:\r\n\r\nAllocation Process\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProcess the allocation of supply to processors with accuracy, timeliness and efficiency\r\n\tImplement board decisions with respect to processors while maintaining the integrity of the process\r\n\tEnsure workflow productivity and optimization by maintaining, innovating and continuously improving the allocation processes \r\n\tConduct analysis of contracting variables, including changes to farmer/processor contracting information, ensuring compliance with CFO’s policies and regulations\r\n\tPrepare and deliver regular reports to the CFO Board and Management Team\r\n\tManage processor Letters of Credit [RM5.1][MM5.2]\r\n\tDevelop and provide reporting of processor compliance based on processor requirements\r\n\tDevelopment and maintenance of operational business calendar including important milestones\r\n\r\n\r\nCustomer Care and Industry Engagement\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCommunicate, collaborate and engage in related customer business activities while supporting CFO’s Manager, Supply and Production Performance\r\n\tRespond to inquiries and educate processors on CFO policies, regulations and processes. Inform processors on changes, if necessary \r\n\tDeliver customer service best management practices for internal and external stakeholders \r\n\tProvide processors and farmers with support on CFO Connects through the CFO Service Desk. Where appropriate, provide solutions to customers\r\n\r\n\r\nData Management and Analytics\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform system checks on a continual basis to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy is maintained \r\n\tWork closely with third party IT contractors to identify, troubleshoot and ensure resolution of SAP system issues as they relate to associated processes\r\n\tPerform data analysis to deliver meaningful insights on a variety of related metrics of production performance\r\n\tPrepare reporting on production performance on a routine and ad hoc basis as necessary\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\n\r\nEducation \r\n\r\n\r\n\tUniversity Degree\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience \r\n\r\n\r\n\t4-5 years of experience in related industry\r\n\tExperience in the following areas an asset: Business, Agri-Food, Food Processing, Operations or Agriculture\r\n\t1-3 years of SAP experience\r\n\tSAP Change Management (Software Development Life Cycle Development)\r\n\r\n\r\nSkills and Abilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with advanced Excel capabilities\r\n\tAbility to use supporting software: Adobe Acrobat, Data Management and Analytics software, Video conferencing software\r\n\tAbility to effectively use time management skills both independently and in a team\r\n\tProblem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys interacting with others\r\n\tCritical thinking with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy\r\n\tLanguage – Bilingual English/French is an asset\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested candidates can apply by clicking on the 'APPLY TO THIS POSITION' icon\r\n
