We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Ruminant team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves managing and expanding customer relationships with Ruminant clients in the Eastern Anatolia Region by increasing sales, meeting revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, and resolving service issues.
• Within the borders of the Eastern Anatolia Region (Diyarbakır, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak, Batman), actively promote and sell our ruminant product portfolio through effective product detailing, achieve sales targets, and acquire new customers.
• Build and develop strong, sustainable business relationships with ruminant customers and pharmacy warehouse managers through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
• Planning customer segmentation analyses, scheduling regular customer visits, and optimizing sales activities to ensure effective regional management.
• Effectively utilizing CRM systems for data management and sales reporting.
• Maintaining effective and continuous communication between customers and Ceva's relevant departments (sales management, customer support, etc.).
• Coordinating with sales, marketing, and technical departments in creating sales action plans and evaluating customer feedback in real time.
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues related to distribution, service, and products to minimize disruptions in sales processes.
• Conducting competitor analyses to identify and evaluate new sales opportunities.
• Working with the Ruminant Team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively and bringing relevant problems to the team's attention.
• Ensuring compliance with company image, ethical standards, and relevant economic policies in all activities and with sectoral regulations.
• Report to the Ruminant Regional Manager.
Your
profile :
- Graduate of a veterinary faculty or related departments
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field
- Results-oriented, able to set goals and priorities and solve problems in the initial stages.
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Knowledge about the technical information and positioning of products in the product range and the competition
- Knowledge about pharmaceutical regulations and pharmacovigilance
