\r\n\r\nOur client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture for Southwestern Ontario.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nReporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, Ontario, the Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture will manage a portfolio of clients and provide client support within the agribusiness community.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tImplement business development strategies to ensure sustained growth in agriculture\r\n\tPerform analyses of your protfolio to identify oppportunities for clients' changing needs\r\n\tEstablish trust-based relationships with colleageus and collaborate with your team\r\n\tNegotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients\r\n\tUnderstand the general issues specific to the various agriculture production sectors\r\n\tParticpate in targeted industry activities to generate contacts and grow your network\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience\r\n\tExperience in banking and credit indsutry is an asset\r\n\tAptitude for sales and business development\r\n\tConfident, independent thinker and self-motivated\r\n\tKnowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in this Opportunity?
