\r\n\r\nOur client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Team Lead - Agriculture in Ontario.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nReporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, the Team Lead - Agriculture will coach a team of Account Managers - Agriculture, to promote the bank while also managing a senior portfolio of agriculture clients.\r\n \r\n\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tManage a team of account managers, creating an engaging work enviornment\r\n\tTrack your employees growth and skills and development through personalized coaching\r\n\tEsablish a strategy with your partners to maximize your market impact and improve your sector's visibility\r\n\tPartiipcate in drafting the annual business plan for your market and manage it's execution\r\n\tManage a mid-market portfolio\r\n\tBuild and maintain lasting relationships with clients through various acquisition and retention strategies\r\n\tAct as an ambassador fo the bank within the local community and industry\r\n\tEnsure compliance rules and operating procedures are adhered to and applied\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience\r\n\t7 + years of relevant experience\r\n\tExperience in managing a team or coaching\r\n\tStrong background in commercial credit and business development\r\n\tStrong ability to influence others, good leadership skills and ability to manage priorities\r\n\tSense of autonmy as well as organizational and change management skills\r\n\tKnowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry\r\n\r\n\r\nInterested in this Opportunity?
