Collaborative Rounds and Mentorship

We hold regular case rounds, giving doctors a chance to collaborate, share insights, and grow together. You’ll also have the opportunity to bounce ideas off a fellow associate veterinarian, ensuring you’re always supported and never working in isolation.

Empowering Technician Development

Our technicians actively participate in continuing education opportunities to develop their skills, making them integral members of the team. Their expertise directly supports our veterinarians, ensuring cohesive and efficient patient care.

Wildlife & Sled-Dog Opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000(+) base salary – straight salary or prosal model (you choose!)
