We are a fast-paced 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic looking for a receptionist. We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are mandatory. Pay DOE. Duties include, but not limited to, answering multi-line phones, triaging emergencies, scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, checking appointments in and out, filing, and light cleaning. Experience preferred, but not required.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS.
Must be available to work until 10pm.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to multi-task.
Customer service skills.
Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations when customer's emotions are high.
Cleaning, stocking, general organization.
Computer skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
